On Sunday, T-Daddy and I finally got a part of the treasure we’ve been searching for. We got married. It was beautiful weather and a beautiful ceremony.

TD2 decided she’d rather count sheep and so she missed the ceremony, but TD1 was absolutely adorable walking down the aisle with her daddy. There were lots of laughs and tears and just a great time.

Now that we have hit this joyous milestone, I am so ready to embark upon the next part of our journey in search of even more fantastic treasures. I know that this step is instrumental in us becoming the man and woman and parents that we want to be.

I could write a whole book on my feelings and thoughts surrounding Sunday. I am beyond ecstatic and it really was a dream come true. It was symbolic in so many ways. But, I will simply say that I’m happy to  continue this journey with T-Daddy and I’m thankful for all that accompanied us this past weekend.
